Welcome to the Club Corvette Finland Home Page!Club Corvette Finland is the National Corvette Club in Finland. It all started at the end of the 1980's when a small group of friends, who met at cruising nights in Helsinki, got an idea to get all Finnish Corvette owners together. The few pioneers did valuable work in finding interested drivers from different Corvette events and from the streets. Very rapidly the number of members in the Club was around 100, and it has grown steadily since. At the moment the Club has about 250 members. See the Club car registry. In Finland there are alltogether around 800 Corvettes. Every Corvette owner is welcome to join the Club. Our cars vary from 1950's classics to 21st century High Performance vehicles, styles ranging from numbers matching to uncompromised race cars. The Club offers its members many events. The highlight of our Corvette summer is the Vette Meet that is held yearly in different cities in Finland. The first meeting was a 15 car megahappening in Orivesi in 1994. The next year we drove the Jämsä City wild with 25 Corvettes. Total 80 to 90 Vettes have since cruised in the next meetings. Every year there has been more cars, more people and more fun!
